Abstract

The efficacy of rural development and entrepreneurship training programs has been widely recognized for enhancing economic opportunities in rural areas. However, the duplication of similar training initiatives can lead to market saturation, diminished returns on investments, and resource wastage. This paper examines the issues arising from the proliferation of identical training programs, focusing on the adverse effects on both established and new rural entrepreneurs. Drawing from case studies and existing literature, the paper identifies the core challenges and proposes strategic recommendations to optimize training efforts and ensure sustainable rural development.
