The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of learning independence, school academic environment, and pedagogic competence of teachers on student learning outcomes. This type of research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The number of samples in this study is 179 students of class XI MAN 1 Banyumas who were taken using census techniques. The data collection technique was carried out using questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of learning independence, school academic environment, and teacher pedagogic competence on student learning outcomes. The results of the study showed that: (1) the variable of learning independence partially had a positive effect on student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the t-value of the table ≥ t-table (3.502 ≥ 1.654) and the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. (2) the variables of the school's academic environment partially have no effect on student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the acquisition of t calculation of 1.521 which shows that t calculates < t table (1.521 < 1.654) and a significance value of 0.130 > 0.05. (3) the variable of teachers' pedagogic competence has no effect on student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the acquisition of t hitung of 0.544 which indicates that t calculates the < table (0.544 < 1.654) and the significance value of 0.587 > 0.05.
