The development of digital payments is encouraging the transformation of transaction systems in the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector towards a more efficient and integrated system. This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived convenience and perceived usefulness on the use of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) and its impact on the sales performance of MSMEs with government support as a moderating variable. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 150 MSMEs in Cihideung District, Tasikmalaya City who have used QRIS. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The research results show that perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the use of QRIS, while perceived convenience and government support do not have a significant effect. Furthermore, the use of QRIS has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on the sales performance of MSMEs. These findings indicate that the perceived benefits of using QRIS are the main factor in encouraging the adoption of digital payments and contributing to increasing the sales performance of MSMEs. This research has the implication that increasing the adoption of digital payments in the MSME sector needs to be focused on delivering real benefits that can be felt directly by business actors.
