Analysis of Coaching, Mentoring, and Training on Employee Productivity Mediated by Employee Engagement

This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of coaching, mentoring, and training on employee productivity through job satisfaction at Trucking Companies in DKI Jakarta. The research method used is Quantitative Descriptive. The data used in this research is primary data, obtained from a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement scale of 1-5 (strongly disagree-strongly agree), which was filled in by employees of Trucking companies in Central Jakarta. The population of this study was 340 respondents, consisting of employees at Trucking companies in Central Jakarta. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling with a total sample of 108 employees at Trucking companies in DKI Jakarta. The analytical tool used in this research is SmartPLS 4.1.0.0. The data obtained was then analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques based on the primary data. Data will be presented in the form of numbers which are then interpreted. The results of the research based on the results of the data analysis carried out show that: 1) Coaching has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at Trucking Companies in DKI Jakarta; 2) Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at Trucking Companies in DKI Jakarta; 3) Mentoring has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at Trucking Companies in DKI Jakarta; 4) Coaching has no positive and insignificant effect on employee productivity at Trucking Companies in DKI Jakarta; 5) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at Trucking Companies in DKI Jakarta; 6) Mentoring has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at Trucking Companies in DKI Jakarta; 7) Job Satisfaction has no positive and insignificant effect on Employee Productivity at Trucking Companies in DKI Jakarta; 8) Coaching has no positive and insignificant effect on Employee Productivity through Job Satisfaction at Trucking Companies in DKI Jakarta; 9) Training has no positive and insignificant effect on Employee Productivity through Job Satisfaction at Trucking Companies in DKI Jakarta; and 10) Mentoring has no positive and insignificant effect on Employee Productivity through Job Satisfaction at Trucking Companies in DKI Jakarta.
