This study examines the influence of green transformational leadership, compensation, and organizational culture on sustainable employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable at PT Jasa Raharja East Kalimantan Branch. The research involved 67 employees selected through a saturation sampling technique. A quantitative approach and survey method were employed, with data collected via questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. The findings revealed that green transformational leadership and compensation do not directly influence sustainable employee performance, while organizational culture has a positive and significant effect. All three independent variables significantly influence work motivation, which in turn positively affects sustainable employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation fully mediates the relationship between green transformational leadership and compensation with sustainable employee performance, and partially mediates the relationship between organizational culture and sustainable employee performance.
