Abstract

This community-based participation program aims to help empower women in Teluk Santong Village, Plampang District, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, by supporting responsible and innovative entrepreneurship for sustainable local economic development. The community-based empowerment program adopts a participatory approach by actively involving 10 local women in four main phases: initial preparation and coordination, community outreach and group formation, entrepreneurship training, and ongoing mentoring in production management and digital marketing. This service not only focuses on knowledge transfer, but this activity also emphasizes practical learning and encourages participants to explore innovative ways to utilize local resources to produce valueadded products with economic potential. During the training, the women were directly involved in every stage of implementation, which was intended to help strengthen their understanding of sustainable entrepreneurship, improve digital marketing skills, and increase confidence in developing community-based business initiatives. These results suggest that women-focused empowerment programs that combine entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital skills can effectively strengthen human capital and support sustainable local economic development.
