Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in promoting local economic development; however, many still face challenges in business administration and digital transformation that limit their competitiveness and sustainability. This International Community Service (ICS) program aimed to strengthen the business administration and digital management capacity of NUTSAFIR Cookies, a local food-based SME in Mataram, Lombok, Indonesia. The program focused on developing Business Administration Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and enhancing digital business management to improve organizational governance and business performance. A participatory capacity-building approach was employed through needs assessment, training, workshops, mentoring, and evaluation. The program involved 20 participants, including the business owner and employees. Data were collected through observations, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and pre- and posttraining assessments and analyzed using descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative methods. The results showed improvements in participants' knowledge and skills in business administration, document management, administrative standardization, and digital business management. The implementation of SOPs established more systematic administrative procedures, while the adoption of digital administration improved document management and operational efficiency. The program also strengthened participants' readiness for digital transformation and encouraged the application of responsible business practices. This community service demonstrates that integrating business administration strengthening with digital management provides a practical and replicable model for improving SME competitiveness and supporting sustainable local economic development, contributing to the achievement of SDGs 8, 9, 12, and 17.
