The collected data were then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with the SmartPLS tool through outer model testing, inner model testing and hypothesis testing. The research findings revealed that Green Mindfulness significantly influenced Green Performance, Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior significantly influenced Green Performance, Green Mindfulness significantly influenced Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated Green Mindfulness with Green Performance. The results of this study confirm that the increase in green performance is not only determined by green mindfulness as an individual cognitive factor, but is significantly strengthened through the mediating role of Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior (GOCB) as a manifestation of voluntary pro-environmental behavior.
